About Anisha

I found the healing power of Yoga in my late teens after a long battle with deeply rooted anxiety. I immediately recognised that this was a language my body understood. Since 2015 I have been sharing practices that arise from my great love of this tradition which has been rooted in Non-dual Tantric philosophy. Yoga has brought me more love and compassion than I knew was possible. My teaching stems from my personal practice of meditation, self-inquiry, yoga asana and somatics. I have found my own body to be an instrument of awakening to the truth of who I am beyond the limiting beliefs that once plagued me. I am compelled to keep sharing these practices with others in a way that is profound and yet uncomplicated.
