About Harriet

A curiosity of what else is out there drew me to embrace every opportunity, following my intuition, traveling the world and exploring the practices of yoga, meditation and self-study. Yoga to me is a developing and evolving practice, a way to re-enter your body and land where you are. In 2020 I began sharing the practice of yoga and meditation from my heart. Inspired by my journey of Yoga as a practice of self-discovery, this path drives my desire to share these teachings with the world and to offer gateways that can support communication with your body, to trust what your body knows and to allow the wisdom of your body to emerge as you practice. My unique, creative and intelligent flow style classes embody dance-like movement to weave journeys of self-inquiry together. The themes of my offerings draw on my studies in Embodied Flow™, Somatics, Meditation, Vinyasa and Non-dual Tantric Philosophy. I love to share these sacred tools and enhance the experience through poetic cuing, and curated music. All my classes compassionately guide the breath and sequencing but offer space and complete freedom to move with your own intuition, to welcome what arises in each moment and to land in your body with unconditional acceptance.

The Spark

Somatic exploration led by your occiput and sacrum and the guidance of Para Devi.

An invitation to pause, to listen for the intuitive spark of life, an exploration of igniting your central channel, gently dancing with the embodied awareness of Para.

  • 60 Minute Recorded Movement Practice

When we attune to the power of the goddess Para Devi, we can move through life with a sense of supreme awareness. This slow and loving movement practice invites us to take a pause, an opportunity to listen to our deep intuition and wait for the spark of creativity to be moved through. By not doing the shape, but being the shape, we hold space for a deeper connection to self, guided by the axial movement of the occiput and sacrum, this practice invites us to expand into our unique self-expression and uncover our deepest desires.
