Bhakti. Yoga of the Heart @ Yoga Kula Leeds

With the accompaniment of the Harmonium, we will bring our voices together to chant beautiful mantras that evoke feelings of bliss and love in the body. Collette will share about Bhakti yoga, the science and philosophy of mantra and how it can heal old wounds, awaken new patterns of behaviour and shift your energetic state. Mantra is a profound technology that means, on a simple level, mind tool (manas mind, tra tool or instrument).
