Yield. The practice of embodied relationships. A workshop @ Yoga Kula Leeds

  • Yoga Kula 114 Harrogate Road Leeds, England, LS7 4NY United Kingdom (map)

Learning how to meet ourselves, each other, our emotions, and our āsana practice from a place of ease and grace is one of the many gifts of the yoga Tradition.

This workshop will explore the concept of ‘yield’, which is the second principle of Embodied Flow™ yoga. Expect workshop exercises, partner work, āsana, somatics, free movement, meditation and embodied philosophy. There will be time to journal and process together to help you integrate and embody the material so it goes with you, into your life. This is a profound practice that transforms how we approach our relationship to self and other.

You will walk away with a felt sense of receptivity, nervous system regulation tools for self-soothing and a clearer understanding of how to take your practice into your everyday life.

The workshop runs 1.30-5.00pm and there will be breaks.

If you would like to join us for Bhakti the night before you can buy both offerings as a bundle.
